IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE A HOME, WORK & CELL NUMBER SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made if:
(1) a class is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment, or
 (2) a class fills before your registration is received.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE AT YOUR REQUEST AND YOUR SPOT CANNOT BE FILLED.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel after the first class begins, regardless of whether or not you have attended the class.

You are committing to 10 weeks of classes.  If you miss any classes due to illness or other reasons, you are still responsible for payment of those classes.

NO SHOWS:  If you do not have a very legitimate reason for not showing up for the first class, you will be put on probation. If it happens a 2nd time, you will not be allowed to sign up for classes unless full payment is received.
